Larry Elliott has more than 45 years experience in Audio and Acoustic Engineering projects. These range from live performance recording to extensive work in television and radio. Over the past 30 years Larry has also worked for the acoustical consulting firm "Marshall Day Acoustics" on projects in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and the United States.
Starting with NZBC Radio in the mid 1960‘s he has worked for NZBC Television, Mascot Recording and Stebbing Recording Studios in Auckland, Television One and TVNZ. Work included major light entertainment television programmes; C’Mon, Happen Inn, The Country Touch, Town Cryer, Billy T James, Radio Times and a Royal Variety Performance. In addition to this, he has recorded for RCA, Pye, Polygram, Zodiac, Scripture in Song, and Atoll among many other labels.
Recently Larry has been specialising in concert recordings of Choral and Acoustic ensembles including Auckland Choral, Age of Discovery, Affetto, New Zealand Youth Choir and Musica Sacra and records regularly for Radio New Zealand Concert.
